During this year’s week-long scholarship and grant competition, judges reviewed the work of 254 applicants to award 14 grants, 33 merit scholarships, and 3 work-study supplemental merit scholarships. The judges were artists Eric Aho, Joianne Bittle, Michael Davis, Iona Fromboluti, Morton Kaish, Marc Mellon, Amy Park, and Sarah Walker and gallerists Chip Holman and Sally Lehman Morgan.
