Gustav Rehberger (1910–1995) is part of a lineage of great drawing instructors at the Art Students League that includes George B. Bridgman, Kimon Nicolaides, Robert Beverly Hale, and Deane Keller. A newly-launched website, Gustav Rehberger Fine Art[2], created by his widow Pamela Demme, offers a richly-illustrated chronicle of his career as painter, draftsman, educator, lecturer, muralist, designer, and illustrator.
