My studio is on the Upper West Side. I’ve been in this space for several years and usually work from late morning to evening. I work at some aspect of my art every day. The wall on which I built my scaffold is made of white painted brick. I love the texture of the brick behind my work. The studio windows face a landmark building across the street. The way the facade’s architecture makes its way into my studio space is really wonderful.
